Raynor Ergohuman Leather Chair with Headrest LE9ERG-GEN2

I will start off the fact that the chair overall is amazing. The seat feels great, the back feels amazing as well! The armrests feel great aside from some issues.
So i have had this chair for not even a month yet, and it's already squeaking when I swivel, enough to wake up my wife across the room. Nothing some WD40 would not probably fix.
The armrests is what i'm let down by. They are first and foremost really soft and feel great to rest my arms on. I enjoy the amount of directions that they can move.
Now the bad part of the arm rests is... they feel loose. now the base is screwed tightly down no wobble there but the part where metal becomes plastic has a fair amount of wobble. My right arm rest is far better than my left. The left side wobbles so much and has an audible clunk when it does, it's quite distracting. I even went as far as to try my other chairs (akracing & dxracer) to see if they had any wobble at all, and after the 2+ and 4+ years I have had them... nothing, no wobble at all. Both of those chairs have similar armrest designs and have no wobble and are super stable no matter how much weight i put on them. I would be far less concerned if this chair was half the cost, but for this price I expect each and every part to be above and beyond any chair I have bought at half or less of the cost.
Aside from that, fantastic chair. I no longer have to have pillows behind my back in order to not be in lots of pain. I can sit it this chair all day without any fatigue or increased back pain! The only thing that could use some improvement is the armrests... unless I just received a faulty pair. I will need a second chair soon, and this will probably be my choice due to the comfort, the armrest just bother me...

I bought this chair back in 2008, and I'm about 270-lbs (give or take). I have been using this chair regularly for almost 8 years in my home office / editing bay. I also drag it into my living room anytime I need to work on my home theater setup. So this wonderful chair gets a lot of regular use from a relatively big guy. And gentleness is not exactly one of my better traits.

As a software developer in a production environment, I spend long hours sitting at my computer, day and night. Nagging low back pain and sciatica had become just a part of my life. After getting the chair adjusted to the right place, this is by far the most comfortable office chair I have sat in. At first I thought maybe it was too stiff or too straight up. But, once it's all configured to your body, you can't go wrong. The only thing I would change is the stiffness on the recline.

This is a GREAT chair. After a round of physical therapy for my shoulder & upper back, I conceded that my office chair was likely to blame. Worth every penny. I suffer chronic lower back pain and my Aeron no longer cuts the mustard. I sit for hours pain-free in the Raynor -- it is the most comfortable office chair I have ever used. And in full recline position, it's like relaxing in a dentist's chair!

I have spine problems from my neck to my tail bone. This chair actually makes sitting at a computer a relief. I am able to work more comfortably and longer. The only negative is that I would prefer that the seat recline with the back. Edited to add: The seat does recline w/back in 2 to 1 ratio. It sounds like you would have been happier with a knee tilt mechanism which this chair does not have.

I love this chair and would sleep in it if I could. I just had my shoulder replaced and was worried about sitting at my desk again. This chair allows me to set the arms at keyboard height and takes everything off of my shoulder.
