Raynor Eurotech and Ergohuman Warranty Information

The Human Solution and Raynor Eurotech assure total customer satisfaction. The following information applies to all Eurotech chairs, including the Ergohuman line:

Eurotech offers the following warranty on its products, based on a 40-hour workweek and a 250 pound weight limit:

  • Lifetime Warranty: All seating components except upholstery and foam (10 years on 24/7 chair)
  • 5 Year Warranty: Upholstery and foam (excluding armpads) (2 years on 24/7 chair)
  • No Warranty: Customer's Own Material/Leather (COM, COL)

Eurotech warrants to the original purchaser that all parts (excluding armpads) will be free from material defects; Eurotech will repair or replace, at its option, any unaltered components. The warranty is limited to replacement or repair and does not cover cost of transportation and labor, but Raynor does not charge any shipping to mail out or bring back defective parts. There are no other warranties expressed or implied other than those specifically described. Eurotech is not liable for consequential or incidental damage arising from any product defect.
