- I've seen a version of the Ergohuman with a footrest. Do you carry that?
The Ergohuman model you are referring to is an overseas knockoff and is not an official part of the Ergohuman line. We only carry brand new, authorized Raynor Ergohuman chairs that come with the full limited lifetime warranty.
- I have a part that needs to be replaced on my Ergohuman. Can I submit a warranty claim?
If you are the original purchaser of the Raynor Ergohuman Chair, then your chair comes standard with a limited lifetime warranty. Our team can walk you through the steps of getting the warranty claim started. If you are not the original purchaser of the chair, then you can order replacement parts for your Ergohuman chair through us. Either way, we will have you back to sitting pretty at your desk in no time.
- Is the lumbar support adjustable?
The Ergohuman ME7ERG has an adjustable back that moves up and down to help position the lumbar in the correct position. The lumbar itself is not adjustable independent of the back rest.
- What is the difference between all the versions of the Ergohuman?
Upholstery is the main difference between the chairs in the Ergohuman line. In addition to different upholstery options, you can also order your Ergohuman chair with or without a headrest.
- What's the difference between the ME7ERG and the LE9ERG?
The only difference between these two chairs is that the Ergohuman ME7ERG Chair is mesh and the Ergohuman LE9ERG chair is bonded leather. Other than upholstery, they are exactly the same chair.
- I love the color options for this chair. Are there color options for the frame as well?
No, the frame is only available with a chrome base.

Great for Taller People / Long Torso
I have a really long torso, so when I sit, I'm as tall as someone that's 6'4". So my problem has always been finding a chair that has arm rests that are adjustable enough to actually support my arms. I could only find one other chair that could do this at Relax the Back, but it was almost 2K, this one is pretty much a steal at around $500.
I took away 1 star because when you tilt the chair back, the arms basically stay in the same position and don't really support your arms very well. It's not a huge thing, but I usually prefer to sit tilted back and this chair didn't really allow me to do that as much as I would like to -

Great Chair
I use a Steelcase Leap Chair at work and I have to say I think I prefer my ME7ERG over it. This is the first ergo chair were I actually use the tilt feature. The full mesh version is very comfortable, adjustable and solidly built.
This chair is definitely a bargain for the price compared to other chairs of this quality.
The only feature I would like to see them add in the future is option for an arm pad that moves in 4 directions. The current side tilt does a good job but the ability to move them forward and backward would be nice.
The fact is your are not going to find a chair close to this quality without pairing several hundred more if not twice the cost. Human Solution definitely has one of the best prices and mine shipped quickly and arrived in perfect shape. -

Would be 5 stars but I wish I would have ordered the leather seat with the mesh back, as I spend countless hours in it. Top notch, infinitely adjustable, high quality construction, easy to assemble, would highly recommend to others; in fact I already have!
