Light but fragile
I have been using the headset for almost 3 years and it's been great, however I had a problem with the transmitter ...apparently if we're not using it carefully it will easily break apart. After I took to the service center...which is very Profesional, they fixed it in no time and I can use it again. I hope this time could last a little longer ...
Pros: Very light and crystal clear....love wearing it..!
Cons: Very fragile especially the transmitter cable, it was easily got pulled out of the headset if we're not careful using it. -
No Regret
At first I was not sure about the sound quality but after asking some friends I'm finally bought it and I can assure you...I have no regret whatsoever.
It transmits & receives perfectly, it's so light sometimes I forgot that I'm wearing it but you have to make sure that you wearing it right otherwise you won't be comfortable.
For that I give it 5 stars..! -
Great Option
I wear glasses and long days with traditional headsets get to be painful on my ears.
Hint: It took me a couple of legs to realize I was wearing it wrong. I was trying to push the under ear support as high as I could to get the best support. That twisted the ear piece in my ear and it wasn't comfortable. It is best to put the ear piece in your ear and let the under ear support rest where it rests.
Also, it is helpful to have an ear plug.
As for the headset, it has good sound, good reception and it is comfortable on long days. It also feels very sturdy for such a small and light weight headset.
This product comes standard with a 1-year limited warranty.
