Everyone has their own preference when it comes to the keystroke on a keyboard. The Freestyle Edge Split Gaming Keyboard is offered with three choices of 100% genuine Cherry MX Mechanical Switches - brown, red, blue, or silver. MX Brown Switches are low force and tactile. MX Red Switches are low force and linear. While MX Blue Switches are tactile and clicky. MX Silver are smooth and not a loud click. If sound is more of a concern than feel, the brown, and red switches are quiet while the blue switch offers a loud click.

Lift Kit
Take your gaming to new heights without putting strain on your wrists and forearms with the Lift Kit. This attachment tents the Freestyle Edge Split Gaming Keyboard at 5, 10, or 15 degrees. Tenting the keyboard halves at an angle, will reduce the unnatural forearm pronation that comes with a traditional keyboard. If a 15-degree angle is too jarring to type on at first, you can start with only 5 degrees and work your way up.
The Lift Kit is extremely stable at all angles, so there will be no bounce while you are gaming at high speeds. Game ergonomically with the Lift Kit on your Freestyle Edge Split Gaming Keyboard.
Please note - The Lift Kit is the only kit that works with the Freestyle Edge Split Gaming Keyboard and will not work with other Kinesis keyboards. Lift Kit requires wrist rests (included with keyboard) to be attached to the keyboard.
Palm Pads
The Freestyle Edge Split Gaming Keyboard comes with detachable plastic palm supports. Most users will enjoy the added comfort of cushioned palm pads. These cushioned pads are covered in a silky, Lycra fabric and feature close-cell foam for a gel-like feel. They are easily removable, if need be.
Mac Keycaps
Convert your Freestyle Edge Split Ergonomic Gaming Keyboard to be used specifically with a Mac. Easy to install and include a keycap puller.
Please Note: After switching your keycaps you must use the SmartSet App or onboard programming to reconfigure your keyboards actions to match the keycaps.
Textured Keycaps
Textured WASD and Arrow keycaps help improve your performance and comfort during gameplay. The texture and shape of these rubberized caps allows you to quickly locate them by touch alone. This allows you to keep your eyes on the game and never lose your place on the board.
