Note: Most Apple monitors require a proprietary VESA adapter. In 2012, Apple started selling a VESA-compatible iMac with no stand and an iMac with a permanently attached stand. iMacs purchased after this point must have been purchased with the built-in VESA mount and not the permanently attached stand.

Color
The Innovative iLift comes in three different finishes: silver, flat white, and vista black. Please note that arms with Busby mounts are not available in flat white.
Mount
The Innovative iLift can be ordered with a standard FLEXmount or the Innovative Busby USB Hub Mount. Select the mount that best fits your mounting and accessory needs. Please note that the Busby mount is only available in black or silver finishes.

Works great, looks great
I have had a total of 3 of these support arms including at work and at home for several years. They have been extremely consistent and reliable, and have not required any adjustment over time.
Pros: stable, durable and great looking
Cons: A little complicated for not so handy people to set up - but worth the trouble. And a bit on the expensive side.

Works great
Mounted Thunderbolt Display using this on my uplift desk. Simple to install. Totally adjustable. Love the arm but especially love the uplift desk.

7517-1500
I have had one of these arms for more than 8 years. It worked perfectly until about a few months ago, and now it needs a new hydraulic piston. I prop it up with plans to replace the piston. For a mechanism of this type that is adjusted dozens of times per day, such durability is phenomenal! I am getting ready to purchase a new Mac, but will not get rid of the old one. I look forward to purchasing another of these arms for a 27" Cinema Display. Having researched LCD arms for nearly a month now, and after checking dozens of possibilities, I still cannot find one that matches up to the quality standards of this unit. The fact that the folks at Human Solution are selling it for $120 less than Innovative Office Products (the manufacturer) is just frosting on the cake.

The iMac G5 monitor arm is nothing short of fantastic, as well as very stylish. It is super easy to install, providing that you actually follow the directions included, I also took the initiative of watching the various videos they have available on the site that helped the most. I installed my G5 without any problems at all thanks to the videos. I suggest that you do not attempt to balance the arm without the monitor installed (it will not work) , also turn the springs power down all the way at the base mount, then attach the monitor (it will drop to the desk) slowly increase the springs tension periodically checking the monitor to see if it will stay in a fixed position as well as move about rather easily. Get the tension to where you are comfortable and enjoy. Anyone saying that they had trouble installing the G5 most likely did not follow the directions correctly.

This is a beautifully designed product and is great once installed. Works perfectly and smoothly. For those folks that aren't handy... Monitor arms do take some time to install. Innovative Office Products warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Innovative will repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective product without charge (shipping charges excluded) for a period of 10 years after the original date of sale, unless the product damage resulted from buyer abuse, misuse or negligence. Exceptions to the 10 year warranty are:
- Bild® motorized column: 1 year
- Busby® USB monitor arm mount: 1 year
- Winston Workstation®: 5 years
