Awesome chair
I am recovering from an emergency back surgery, and needed a good chair. On a friends recommendation I went ahead an ordered this chair. Being 6'8" most chairs just do not fit me, this one does, it is the most comfortable chair I've ever owned, it's been a blessing to be able to sit and work again. Super easy to assemble, took 15 minutes. The construction is very solid, however the casters are of subpar quality compared to the rest of the chair being an injection molded plastic. Everything else is VERY solid and of great quality.
My only real complaint is shipping. It took several days from the time of order until the package was in the hands of UPS. -
Great chair for the price point
The chair is a perfect fit for me. I bought it for my wife and she loves it as well. The chair is well constucted and easy to assemble. It has some very nice features and the mess back with the leather seat is a nice combination. Its only draw back is that I would prefer to have more flexibility in adjusting the lumbar support for my height. This however will in no way detract from my willingness to purchase another one for my office.

I want to love it
I want to love the chair, but I don't. I stand 5'6" tall and yet the lumbar support is too low, hitting my lower back in such a way that I'm constantly shuffling in my chair.....and I'm finding myself with the makings of a sore lower back and sore shoulders from trying to compensate for the strange fit of the lower lumbar support.
I was concerned the leather seat might be too warm during the summer months, however, that's not been the case - in fact, the combination of the leather seat and the mesh back seems like a perfect balance of materials.
I want to love the chair, I really do - the quality of the parts are far superior to anything I have owned and is at and/or above that of the "expensive office chairs" I have at work. Shipping was speedy, the packing was outstanding, very few parts to assemble and the bonus.....an Allen wrench I would have gladly purchased, one that I'll be able to use for years to come (not the standard painful little things, instead this one has a nice "wine opener" type handle). If I could just adjust the lower lumbar, I'd love my chair. -
An Excellent Chair
I was apprehensive about buying a chair without sitting in it first, having had a back injury. However when the chair arrived, the quality was obvious and I found the firm controlled support comfortable. The range of motion in the recliner is perfect and I found that by sitting in it for any length of time, it had come with a sense of prestige.

Great Chair
I love this chair! I have always had issues with finding a chair that can support my lower back. The range of position options allows me to customize the cvhair to fit my needs. Super easy to assemble too!

- Raynor products cannot be returned once the package is opened
- Unopened packages may be returned with a 15% restocking fee
- You are responsible for shipping costs both ways. We'll deduct the outbound shipping cost (the cost originally covered by our free shipping policy) from your refund. You'll be responsible for a return shipping label to send the package back. Small items can be sent back via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Chairs should be shipped back via FedEx or UPS
