As you can see, Allysa holds the down arrow on the keypad to lower her desk, but with our new upgraded keypad option, you can program up to four desired heights and then simply press and release the numbered button. The desk will travel to the programmed height and stop automatically. This makes it even easier to quickly sort through the head shots of prospective employees and eliminate the ones who look too happy.

Of course, the benefits don't stop there. A new study by the American Cancer Society, the Cooper Institute, the University of Texas, and the University of Georgia followed 7000 participants over the course of five years to determine the effects of periodic standing. The results show that people who stand for at least a quarter of the day have a significantly reduced risk of obesity - up to 59% lower. Add to that the reduction in back and neck pain and the added energy and productivity, and it's a no-brainer.
